Your comment is offensive to the fine people of the Texas Justice System. Texas isn't going to execute someone for having weed on them. Not even black Willie Nelson.
I mean, they'll take their money and all their possessions of value, shoot their kenneled dog, throw them in jail for a set number of "mandatory" years, take their kids away, prevent them from ever receiving any sort of government aid ever in the future, and so on, but Texas would never execute them. They have to be misidentified by one unreliable witness in a murder case and prevented by a crooked prosecutor from entering in evidence that clears their name in order receive that sort of honor.
